EMMIS COMMUNICATIONS is buying Sports WSDM (ESPN SPORTS RADIO) and WSDX-A/TERRE HAUTE from CROSSROADS INVESTMENTS LLC for an undisclosed price. The buyer will take over in an LMA on SEPTEMBER 1st.
"We are excited to add the ESPN brand to the EMMIS-TERRE HAUTE cluster of stations, which include Classic Rock WWVR (105.5 THE RIVER) and WTHI (HI-99), The WABASH VALLEY's Country Station," said VP/GM JAMES CONNER. "We will continue to serve the listeners of TERRE HAUTE, BRAZIL and the surrounding communities with quality programming and our continued commitment to community service."

The translator rebroadcasts Sports KUPA-A (FX SPORTS RADIO HAWAII)/PEARL CITY-HONOLULU.
WESTERN SLOPE COMMUNICATIONS, LLC has requested a Silent STA for KAYW/MEEKER, CO due to technical, financial, and staffing issues.
