  In a restructuring, EPIC VP/Adult Formats MICHELLE BABBITT exits the label after many years. BABBITT's post has been eliminated and her duties will be handled by EPIC's NEW YORK office.
  
  Also downsized at EPIC is longtime NORTHWEST Regional Promotion Manager DEBI LIPETZ. She has been a fixture at EPIC for an unbelievable 36 years.
