CENTENNIAL LICENSING, LLC is selling Active Rock simulcast WZZU/LYNCHBURG, VA and WZZI/BEDFORD, VA (THE PLANET) to TODD P. ROBINSON's WVJT, LLC for $523,000.

In other filings with the FCC, TIM MARTZ' RADIO POWER INC. is selling FM translator W250BN/WEST ALLIS, WI-MILWAUKEE to EL SOL BROADCASTING for $125,000.  The buyer plans to rebroadcast Regional Mexican WJTL-A (LA NUEVA RITMO)/WEST ALLIS-MILWAUKEE on the translator, which was taken off the air while it addresses interference complaints from a listener of MERLIN Classic Rock WLUP/CHICAGO.

AZURE MEDIA, LLC has filed for a Silent STA for newly-acquired WXBR-A/BROCKTON, MA.  The station has been off the air since AUGUST 3rd while constructing a new studio.

BULLIE BROADCASTING CORP. has requested a Silent STA for WBAW-F/PEMBROKE, GA while it builds its new facility; the station has been dark since JANUARY 19th.

CHRISTIAN LISTENING NETWORK, INC. has closed on the sale of  Oldies WCLN-A/CLINTON, NC-FAYETTEVILLE to CLINTON SAMPSON RADIO CO., INC. for $225,000,

VIC MICHAEL's KONA COAST RADIO, LLC has closed on the sale of KGRQ/LAKIN, KS to MARIO A. MONTOYA's JRM PRODUCTIONS, LLC for $35,000.

in a deal that has not yet been filed with the FCC, CUMULUS-CITADEL spinoff trust POTENTIAL BROADCASTING, LLC  is selling Classic Rock WRSR I103.9 THE FOX)/OWASSO-FLINT, MI for an undisclosed price, reports the OWOSSO ARGUS-PRESS.

And GOSPEL FELLOWSHIP ASSOCIATION Beautiful Music-Religion WMUU/GREENVILLE, SC has confirmed that it is being sold to SALEM COMMUNICATIONS for an undisclosed price.  The deal was announced FRIDAY (NET NEWS 8/24) and is yet to be filed at the FCC.  SALEM is expected to flip the station to its conservative Talk format and move the present music format to an online-only stream.
