AVERAGE JOE’S ENTERTAINMENT artist KEVIN FOWLER is at the top of the TEXAS MUSIC CHART again this week with his single, “Here’s To Me and You!” His single received 1,196 spins from radio across TEXAS, OKLAHOMA, NEW MEXICO, ARKANSAS and LOUISIANA. There were also two new chart debuts this week from DERYL DODD and CHRIS KNIGHT.
