COASTAL BROADCASTING Classic Hits WFNE (FUN 106.3)/ATLANTIC CITY, NJ will switch to Alternative, using the familiar WJSE call letters starting this FRIDAY, AUGUST 31st under PD JIM MASCHIO. WJSE ended over 20 years of broadcasting both Rock and Alternative in SOUTH JERSEY just over two years ago on then-ATLANTIC BROADCASTING's 102.7 FM when the station flipped to Top 40 WWAC.
The on-air lineup at WJSE kicks off PREMIERE NETWORKS' THE BOB & TOM SHOW in mornings, DJ TANNER shifts from sister AC WCZT (98.7 THE COAST) to host middays, TUM TUM will be in afternoon drive, and COOL GUY ROB VANORE returns to ATLANTIC CITY from SIRIUS/XM to anchor evenings.
"WJSE was the the most listened-to and best-received Rock radio station in our region over the past decade," said ROBERT J. MASCHIO, President of COASTAL BROADCASTING. "It's a true powerhouse radio station that is ready for the hundreds of thousands of rock fans in the region who are demanding a radio station that plays the music they want to hear."
