CLEAR CHANNEL MEDIA + ENTERTAINMENT has appointed RICK VAUGHN as PD of just-flipped Top 40 WKLS (POWER 96.1)/ATLANTA (NET NEWS, 8/29), as well as sister Top 40 Rhythmic WWVA (WiLD 105.7 and 96.7). VAUGHN previously programmed CCM+E sister Top 40 WKSC/CHICAGO.
