Back For Just One Week, Grooveshark Gone Again From Google Play

Last week (NET NEWS 8/29), GOOGLE reinstated the ANDROID app for the controversial GROOVESHARK music-streaming service to its app store after pulling it for close to a year due to its ongoing legal battle with major record labels.

But it didn't stay there long.

MUSICWEEK.COM reports, "GROOVESHARK has been pulled from GOOGLE PLAY less than a week after being reinstated in the ANDROID market.

A GROOVESHARK rep told CNET that the company has "filed a counter-notice and is working with GOOGLE and their GOOGLE PLAY reinstatement process to get the app back in the market."
