  GREEN DAY's lead singer BILLIE JOE ARMSTRONG was rushed to a hospital in ITALY this weekend, forcing the band to cancel a BOLOGNA concert.
  MIKE DIRNT and TRE COOL released a YOU TUBE video message, saying they were "beyond devastated" and would make up the concert next summer.
  They did not specify the nature of ARMSTRONG's illness.
