CLEAR CHANNEL Country KSD (93.7 THE BULL)/ST. LOUIS morning star REMY, of the MASON & REMY SHOW, tells ALL ACCESS about a cool community service promotion that they did over the weekend.
On SATURDAY (9/1), before a concert with SHOW DOG-UNIVERSAL MUSIC artist TOBY KEITH, KSD was set up outside the venue, when station staffers were approached by a family. The group was requesting backstage passes for their friend, a wounded soldier, who suffered wounds by an IED while serving the U.S. in IRAQ.
During the ‘meet & greet,’ KEITH asked the soldier if he’d like to join him onstage to help him sing "Courtesy of the Red, White, and Blue." When asked how it went, REMY simply said, “The rest is history.”
