Webcast For Bob Birch Memorial Service Set

A memorial service for former ELTON JOHN bassist BOB BIRCH will be webcasted on UDETROIT.COM on Sunday SEPTEMBER 9th, at 5p. BIRCH, who passed away on AUG 15th, 2012. played in over 1,400 concerts with ELTON over a 20-year career, along with one-offs with ERIC CLAPTON, BONNIE RAITT, BILLY JOEL, STING, LIONEL RICHIE, STEVIE WONDER and a host of other A-Listers.
 
Friends and acquaintances will be in studio at UDETROIT MEDIA CAFÉ to weave personal stories about the legendary bassist, some famous musicians and industry people who will call in from all parts of the world telling their stories about the man known as BOBBY BIRCH.
