Canadian Country Music Awards Announce 2012 Nominees

Nominees have been announced for the CANADIAN COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS, which will take place on SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 9th at CREDIT UNION CENTRE in SASKATOON, SK. They will air in CANADA on CBC TELEVISION at 8p (ET).

Nominated for the “Fans’ Choice Award” this year are TERRI CLARK, GORD BAMFORD, DEAN BRODY, HEY ROMEO and JOHNNY REID. “Album Of The Year” nominees for 2012 include BRODY, REID, CLARK, PAUL BRANDT and DOC WALKER.

TERRI CLARK, EMERSON DRIVE, HIGH VALLEY, JASON ALDEAN, PISTOL ANNIES and ERIC CHURCH are among those set to perform on the awards show, while MICHELLE WRIGHT, CAROLYN DAWN JOHNSON, VICTORIA BANKS, JOHNNY BURK, and RYAN LAIRD will be some of this year’s presenters.

As reported in ALL ACCESS (NET NEWS 8/27), TAYLOR SWIFT will be presented with the CCMA’s first-ever “GENERATION AWARD.”
