ALL ACCESS sends best wishes to Country artist WADE HAYES, who is currently battling cancer. HAYES, who has achieved six Top-15 Country singles and two Gold albums in his days at COLUMBIA NASHVILLE, was diagnosed with stage four colon cancer last DECEMBER and although still undergoing treatments, is considered to be in remission.
WADE HAYES has written an emotional, powerful song about his battle called, “Is It Already Time,” that was produced by WADE’S old producer and friend, DON COOK.
Now the song is being promoted by HAYES’ former promo staff, spearheaded by manager MIKE ROBERTSON and former COLUMBIA promo veteran JERI COOPER. Other friends and former colleagues chipping into help include RPM ENTERTAINMENT VP/Promotion JACK CHRISTOPHER, publicist RONNA RUBIN former SONY Pres. ALLEN BUTLER and many others.
"I knew I felt strongly about this and I kept getting yes's from people who wanted to help, so I knew I had to keep going," said COOPER. It's really amazing to see all of these people come together for the love of an artist and the sole purpose of helping him realize a simple dream of letting the world know the importance of getting tested for colon cancer."
All of the money from the project will go to cancer research. To listen to the song visit www.wadehayes.com.
