ROB NEAL checks in to remind us that THE INTERNATIONAL BLACK BROADCASTERS ASSOCIATION (IBBA) will hold its 13th annual Fall Conference at THE HAYS ADAMS HOTEL in WASHINGTON DC SEPTEMBER 20th-23rd. 

On FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 2st at 7p, the conference will honor former WASHINGTON DC MAYOR MARION BARRY, Co-Founder of The Minority Media and Telecommunications Council, DAVID HONIG, Editor-in-Chief of POLIITIC 365, KRISTAL LAUREN HIGH and MAXX MYRICK, OM for HOWARD UNIVERSITY Urban AC.
