The Band Perry Announces 'Countdown To The CMA Awards' Contest

REPUBLIC NASHVILLE trio THE BAND PERRY is kicking off the ‘Countdown To The CMA AWARDS’ contest as part of the Give The Gift Of Music (GTGOM) campaign. THE BAND PERRY debuted a video TODAY (9/12) that appeared exclusively on the GTGOM website where the siblings talk about the significance of giving and receiving music as a gift.

For the 2nd annual GTGOM campaign, fans can submit a story of how any of the 2012 CMA Awards nominee’s music or performance has inspired them. The winner will receive a cash prize of $1,000 and two tickets to the 2012 CMA AWARDS, which will be taking place on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 1st at 7p (CT) in NASHVILLE, TN. Second and third place winners will be sent special Country music gift packages.
