  Condolences to family and friends of former MIDWAY BROADCASTING Talk WVON-A/CHICAGO News Director, host, and anchor SHARON MCGHEE, who died TUESDAY (9/11) of ovarian cancer in COLUMBIA, MO, according to the CHICAGO SUN-TIMES.
  Her age is being variously reported as 54 or 55.
  MCGHEE, who was also a playwright, was a host at KATZ-A/ST. LOUIS before joining WVON.
