Michael Kay Inks Three-Year Renewal With ESPN New York 98.7 FM

ESPN Sports WEPN-F (ESPN NEW YORK 98.7 FM)/NEW YORK has inked afternoon host MICHAEL KAY to a three-year extension.  KAY hosts the station's 3-7p (ET) show with DON LA GRECA; he also calls the play-by-play of NEW YORK YANKEES baseball on cable TV's YES NETWORK.

VP/General Manager DAVE ROBERTS said, “We’re very happy to have extended MICHAEL's contract for multiple years.  He’s been a mainstay at the station and in the NEW YORK sports scene for more than a decade. Having him continue to anchor our afternoon-drive programming alongside DON LA GRECA is a huge plus for ESPN NEW YORK.”

KAY said, “I believe in this station and the commitment to win. I see great things coming, and I am excited to be a major part of it.”
