JOURNAL BROADCAST GROUP/WICHITA has tapped programming veteran JUSTIN CASE as OM, replacing BEVERLEE BRANNIGAN, now at JOURNAL/MILWAUKEE as VP/Programming. CASE will serve as PD for Country KFDI, as well as oversee the rest of the six-station cluster.
CASE is most recently of COX MEDIA Country WZZK/BIRMINGHAM, AL. In his career, CASE has also served as PD for CLEAR CHANNEL Country WWYZ/HARTFORD, CBS RADIO Country WYRK/BUFFALO, NY, and CBS RADIO Country WUSN/CHICAGO.
"I’m ecstatic to welcome JUSTIN to our local leadership team," said VP/GM ERIC McCART. "JUSTIN brings extensive Country programming talent and expertise to our cluster along with experience in a variety of other radio formats. His proven ability to think strategically and provide solid strategic direction for our stations will be a real asset for our listeners and advertisers."
"I am thrilled to join JOURNAL BROADCAST GROUP and look forward to working with ERIC and his team," said CASE. "The WICHITA operations have wonderful stations that are dedicated to serving the community and delivering outstanding results for advertisers. I look forward to continuing that commitment and using my experience to help grow the cluster in any way I can."
