‘WFUV Live 15’ Ready For Release

FORDHAM UNIVERSITY Triple A WFUV/NEW YORK has announced that its 15th annual compilation of exclusive, live performances from Studio A is ready.  FUV Live 15 features 20 tracks from the broad range of performers: from BONNIE RAITT and RYAN ADAMS to BLITZEN TRAPPER, FEIST, GARY CLARK JR., DAWES and ALABAMA SHAKES.

The disc is available to those who pledge $100 or more during the station’s next fund drive, which starts SEPTEMBER 27th.  Listeners can hear audio clips and watch videos of artists performing their songs in the studio online and the station begins airing songs from the disc soon.

MD RITA HOUSTON said, "There's something about Studio A that brings out the best in artists who visit WFUV. Maybe it's the vibe here, or our DJ's, or the quality of our equipment, or the competence of our engineers (many of whom are FORDHAM students).  I know a lot of it comes from respect for the WFUV audience.  Musicians know they are knowledgeable music fans with high standards."
