CCM&E Urban WUSL (POWER 99)/PHILADELPHIA is set to raise awareness about the new PENNSYLVANIA Voter ID Law with five live broadcasts at various locations with its morning show. The RISE AND GRIND Morning Show will originate live broadcasts at various department of motor vehicles locations throughout PHILADELPHIA where citizens can obtain a valid voter ID if they don’t have a driver’s license or other approved photo identification.
Since the voter ID legislation was signed into law, there has been widespread concern that some citizens are not getting the message about steps they must take to vote. The POWER 99 morning show is teaming with City Commissioner STEPHANIE SINGER and the PA Voter ID Coalition for the PA Voter ID broadcasts.
Listeners who stop by the live broadcasts can enter to win a pair of tickets to all three upcoming POWERHOUSE 30 Shows.
