The long-rumored flip of BAHAKEL Adult Standards WDOD-A/CHATTANOOGA to liberal talk is set for MONDAY (10/3). "AM 1310 THE VOICE" will air AIR AMERICA RADIO's AL FRANKEN, RANDI RHODES, "THE MAJORITY REPORT," and MIKE MALLOY, JONES' BILL PRESS and STEPHANIE MILLER, and a local "CHATTANOOGA'S STREET TALK" hour 8-9a.
