WLS-A's Don Wade Scheduled For Surgery

Longtime CUMULUS Talk WLS-A/CHICAGO morning co-host DON WADE will undergo brain surgery THURSDAY, reports TIME OUT CHICAGO's ROBERT FEDER. WADE, who co-hosts the morning show with his wife ROMA, will have a growth removed from his brain. The growth was discovered after WADE suffered a seizure while visiting NEW YORK on SEPTEMBER 13th.

“I think it’s all the B.S. coming from the left that really gave me the seizure,” WADE joked in a statement released by his agent. “It amazes me that DON can still be the smartest guy in the room with only half his brain," added ROMA. 9-11a hosts BRUCE WOLF and DAN PROFT will continue to fill in while WADE recovers.
