Jeff Andrews Takes KCHZ PD Post

CUMULUS Oldies WLS-F/CHICAGO APD JEFF ANDREWS has been appointed to the PD/afternoon post at sister Top 40 KCHZ (95.7 THE VIBE)/KANSAS CITY beginning OCTOBER 15th. He's replacing MAURICE DeVOE who transferred to sister Top 40 KLIF (i93)/DALLAS (NET NEWS 7/6).

CUMULUS SVP/Corporate Programming JAN JEFFRIES told ALL ACCESS, "JEFF has been APD at WLS-FM for the past year while assisting me with a sizeable list of CUMULUS Top 40 and Top 40/Rhythmic stations. JEFF will continue his role as a corporate PD while programming KCHZ. His experience and tenacity make this a well-deserved promotion."

ANDREWS added, "I have been working side by side with JAN JEFFRIES the past year. I've learned a few things! PD/PM drive at KCHZ/KC, along with Corporate Programming responsibilities is another great opportunity to lean and grow with CUMULUS."
