  UK radio regulator OFCOM slaps EMAP's Urban KISS FM/LONDON 175,000 pounds for sexual content and airing prank calls without the victims' consent. The fine is the biggest ever handed out to a UK commercial station. OFCOM also upheld eight additional complaints about offensive and inappropriate language at times when children are likely to be listening.
