  PAMAL BROADCASTING Top 40 WZRT/RUTLAND, VT has promoted middayer AMBER HUYGHE to MD/Interim PD.
  She takes over immediately from KWAME "KD" DANKWA, who left for CCM+E Top 40 KWNW/MEMPHIS (NET NEWS 9/18).
  "So grateful for the opportunity to grow in a career I absolutely love!" HUYGHE said. "I'm excited to carry on as MD and add my touches to an already polished product."
