(CAPITAL BROADCASTING) has closed on the purchase of Talk KLO-F (formerly Adult Hits KJQN (103.1 JACK FM))/COALVILLE, UT from SLC DIVESTITURE TRUST, the LARRY PATRICK-headed spinoff trust for SIMMONS stations being divested after the latter company's acquisition of the MILLCREEK BROADCASTING/3 POINT MEDIA stations, for $1.15 million, plus a $350,000 consulting agreement with the Seller, totaling $1.5 million.  PATRICK COMMUNICATIONS served as broker for the seller in the deal.
