The price for the sale by COCHISE MEDIA LICENSES LLC of the construction permit for KCKO/RIO RICO-NOGALES, AZ to JJS MEDIA LLC is $465,000.  The price was undisclosed when the deal was announced YESTERDAY (NET NEWS 10/3).

YOUR CHRISTIAN COMPANION NETWORK, INC. is selling silent noncommercial KRJY/TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES, NM to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $35,000.  EMF is also buying Contemporary Christian KKCS (K-LOVE)/CALHAN, CO from CALHAN RADIO, LLC for $1 and selling FM translator W251BC/SIDNEY, OH to MUZZY BROADCASTING, LLC, which will use the translator to simulcast Oldies WPTW-A/PIQUA, OH, for $42,500.
