Dr. Chuck Crane Dead At 58

Condolences to the family and friends of CHARLES EVAN CRANE, D.D.S., 58, of SARASOTA, FL, who died THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 27th at his home. CRANE was perhaps best known for his time as PD at WHTZ (Z100)/NEW YORK and WLS/CHICAGO.

THE SARASOTA STAR-PRESS notes, "CRANE balanced his love of radio and dentistry throughout his life, from his dental practice in PUNTA GORDA, FL to SARASOTA where he continued with a newly blossoming practice on St. Armand's Circle."

A memorial service will be held 2p on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 6th at the Wiegand Brothers Funeral Home, SARASOTA, FL.
