Report: $625K Bid At Tax Sale Of Cumulus Indianapolis Building

The high bid at a tax sale of a building housing CUMULUS MEDIA's INDIANAPOLIS stations was $625,000 from an investment firm, reports the INDIANAPOLIS BUSINESS JOURNAL.  The property at 6810 N. Shadeland Avenue in INDIANAPOLIS, along I-465/US 31-421 northeast of downtown had accumulated over $80,000 in overdue taxes, and CUMULUS has a year to pay the delinquent taxes with interest or lose the property.

NEW ORLEANS-based NATIONAL TAX ASSET FUND submitted the high bid with the MARION COUNTY treasurer's office.  The building houses Country WFMS, Classic Hits WJJK, and Hot AC WRWM (i94).
