SIMMONS MEDIA Country KEGA/SALT LAKE CITY MD JON WATKINS, a licensed minister, will marry TRACY TAYLOR and MICHAEL GARRETT outside the MAVERICK CENTER in SALT LAKE CITY, before 19 RECORDINGS/ARISTA NASHVILLE artist CARRIE UNDERWOOD takes the stage for her concert on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 10th.

TRACY and MICHAEL are the winning couple, picked from over 60 couples who entered for the chance to “MARRY BEFORE CARRIE,” at a bachelor/bachelorette party held at CLUB 90 recently.
