'George Strait- ACM Artist Of The Decade' To Air On GAC Tomorrow

MCA NASHVILLE artist GEORGE STRAIT will be honored in a televised tribute called “GEORGE STRAIT- ACM ARTIST OF THE DECADE” on GREAT AMERICAN COUNTRY (GAC) TOMORROW (10/13) at 10p (ET).

The concert event will feature performances from DIERKS BENTLEY, BROOKS & DUNN, FAITH HILL, ALAN JACKSON, JAMEY JOHNSON, TOBY KEITH, MIRANDA LAMBERT, TIM MCGRAW, MARTINA MCBRIDE, MONTGOMERY GENTRY, JOHN RICH, LEANN RIMES, BLAKE SHELTON, SUGARLAND, TAYLOR SWIFT, KEITH URBAN and more.

GEORGE was named “ACM Artist Of The Decade” for the 2000-2009 time span. He follows only four others who have ever received the honor: MARTY ROBBINS in the 60’s, LORETTA LYNN in the 70’s, ALABAMA in the 80’s and GARTH BROOKS in the 90’s.
