RESONATE HAWAII, LLC launches Hot AC "THE WAVE @ 92FM" featuring "TODAY's FRESH MIX" playing 9,200 songs in-a-row from artists such as KATY PERRY, MAROON 5, RIHANNA, DAUGHTRY, LADY GAGA, JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE, TRAIN, BEYONCE, MATCHBOX TWENTY, USHER, BRUNO MARS, and ADELE among others.

The new station will target Adults 18-44 simulcasting on KHWI (92.1)/KAILUA-KONA on the West side of the Big Island and KHBC (92.7)/HILO on the East side. RESONATE purchased both stations from CHAPARRAL BROADCASTING, INC. back in MAY along with KIPA-A.

"THE WAVE @ 92FM" will combine the power of its on-air position with myriad online applications creating a full 360 degree audio and visual experience at www.hawaiiswave.com.

According to RESONATE/HAWAII Market Mgr. DAN DEEB, "After a very long road, we are very excited to be launching HAWAII’s first Contemporary Hit radio station. Sales and samples have said HAWAII ISLAND loves today’s hit music. Sadly for too long the fans of this music have had nowhere to turn here on The Big Island. We are proud to be that outlet by playing 'TODAY's FRESH MIX."
