Praise Network Pres. Lloyd Mintzmyer Dies In Traffic Accident

Condolences to family and friends of PRAISE NETWORK President Chief Engineer LLOYD E. MINTZMYER, who died SUNDAY night in a traffic accident in PHILLIPS COUNTY, KS. He was 66.  The HAYS DAILY NEWS reports that MINTZMYER was driving north on U.S. 183 when his pickup crossed into the path of a PETERBILT semi.

Prior to PRAISE, MINTZMYER was the Chief Engineer of SMOKY HILLS PUBLIC TELEVISION from 1981 through 2004.  PRAISE is a network of Religion stations in KANSAS, NEBRASKA, COLORADO, and SOUTH DAKOTA, including KPRD/HAYS, KS; KGCR/GOODLAND, KS; KGRD/ORCHARD, NE; KGRJ/CHAMBERLAIN, SD; KGRH/LOOMIS, SD; KPNO/NORFOLK, NE; and several translators.
