Condolences to family and friends of MYRTLE BEACH station owner and host BILL NORMAN, who died this weekend, according to the MYRTLE BEACH SUN NEWS. 

NORMAN owned (and served as morning host at) Oldies-Beach Music WNMB-A (where he was on the air in 1972-79, then returned to buy the station in 2000) and co-owned Classic Hits-Beach Music WVCO (THE SURF 94.9 FM)/MYRTLE BEACH.  He also formerly owned WKZY-A/ALBEMARLE, NC.
