  WAZL PARTNERS, LLP/PANORAMA PENNSYLVANIA Classic Rock WAZL-A/HAZELTON, PA has been leased to KMCS BROADCASTING LLC, reports the HAZELTON STANDARD SPEAKER.
  KMCS, headed by veteran SCRANTON-WILKES BARRE personality KEN "DOC" MEDEK, plans to launch an all-CHRISTMAS format stunt on NOVEMBER 3rd, followed by the NEW YEAR'S DAY launch of an Adult Hits "Playing Anything We Feel" format.
