Martina McBride Working On A Book, Appears On New Christmas Album

REPUBLIC NASHVILLE artist MARTINA MCBRIDE is currently working on a book about cooking, entertaining and tips for the home according to COUNTRY WEEKLY. 

“I love to entertain and throw dinner parties. If I wasn't doing this (Country singer), I'd probably be a party planner or something," said MARTINA. In addition to book writing, she says that she also wants to spend more time on songwriting as well.

You can hear MARTINA on the new “A Very Special CHRISTMAS 25th Anniversary” album series that hits store shelves TODAY (10/16). The two albums, titled “Bringing Joy To The World” and “Bringing Peace On Earth,” benefit the SPECIAL OLYMPICS. The discs contain CHRISTMAS classics performed by MARTINA, VINCE GILL, RASCAL FLATTS, JEWEL, AMY GRANT, MICHAEL BUBLE, JASON MRAZ, CHEAP TRICK, DAVE MATTHEWS, TRAIN, JORDIN SPARKS, ONE REPUBLIC, and many others.
