In other filings with the FCC, DOS COSTAS COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION is applying for a Silent STA for KDUQ/LUDLOW, CA due to equipment problems.

SERGE MARTIN ENTERPRISES, INC. is requesting an extension of its Silent STA for WWQB/WESTWOOD, KY due to "ongoing financial constraints" and the need to find a new transmitter site.

JOEL LEMON has closed on the sale of his 50% interest in LIGHTHOUSE RADIO GROUP, licensee of Religion KYTT-F (K-LIGHT) and Smooth Jazz KYSJ (105.9 THE WAVE)/COOS BAY, OR, to partner HARRY ABEL and MICHAEL GAUDETTE, leaving GAUDETTE with 51% and ABEL with 49% of the company.
