It may be confidential but it's not a secret: FCC Commissioner ROBERT MCDOWELL has hired his former COMPTEL co-worker BRIGID CALAMIS as his personal assistant. CALAMIS most recently worked with DITTUS COMMUNICATIONS providing public affairs support for tech and communications clients.
