CLEAR CHANNEL MEDIA + ENTERTAINMENT has upped Dir./Sales BREEANNA MALIK to Market Manager, reporting to EVP/Major Markets West HARTLEY ADKINS.  PAM MCKAY, formerly Market Manager for SAN ANTONIO and AUSTIN, will concentrate on the AUSTIN market.
