  EAST CAROLINA RADIO Urban WKJX (96.7 THE BLOCK)/ELIZABETH CITY, NC PD BRION O 'BRION has tapped DJ KANE for weekends and fill. KANE's career includes stops at WANM in TALLAHASSEE, FL and KJMZ in LAWTON, OK. KANE has already begun his new duties.
