LIBERTY UNIVERSITY, INC. is selling FM translator W240BH/GAINESVILLE, VA to METRO RADIO, INC. for $70,000.  The buyer plans to move the station to use it as a rebroadcaster for its Regional Mexican WKDV-A (LA KALIENTE 1460)/MANASSAS, VA.

In other filings with the FCC, HOUSTON CHRISTIAN BROADCASTERS, INC. has requested a Silent STA for FM translator K285EU/MENDOZA, TX while its application for a new transmitter site and assignment of the license pend at the FCC.

And RIGOBERTO LOPEZ has closed on the buying out of his partner MANUEL VILLAGRANA-ROBLES' 50% interest in GRUPO ROBLE, LLC, licensee of Spanish AC KZAT-F (RADIO Z 95.5 FM)/BELLE PLAINE, IA for $175,000.
