Former Waterloo, IA Personality Al Wayne Dies

Condolences to family and friends of former KWWL-A/WATERLOO, IA personality ALAN WAYNE MESSELT (AL WAYNE), who died SEPTEMBER 24th in GRAND FORKS, ND at 64,

The WATERLOO-CEDAR FALLS COURIER reports that MESSELT hosted middays at KWWL in the 1970s, when the station (now Sports KWLO-A (1330 ESPN)) had a Top 40 format.  He later went into the cable television industry.
