BLOOMQUIST MEDIA has inked a deal to create radio and Internet audio programs for SEATTLE-based nonprofit TREEHOUSE. TREEHOUSE helps foster children in need across WASHINGTON state; BLOOMQUIST will produce a one-hour holiday special about the organization for distribution on radio stations across the state over the holidays, as well as a 30-minute public affairs program and a package of PSAs.
“We are honored to partner with such an incredibly important and effective organization,” said BLOOMQUIST MEDIA President RANDALL BLOOMQUIST. “TREEHOUSE has made a difference in the lives of thousands of kids in foster care by helping them reach their full potential and advance towards important life goals while providing childhood experiences that all kids deserve. We look forward to helping TREEHOUSE do even more good work in SEATTLE and across the state by tapping the power to radio to spotlight its vital mission and great success.”
“We are thrilled to be working with BLOOMQUIST MEDIA to help bring the voices and stories of our youth to life, and share their powerful experiences with the broader community,” said TREEHOUSE CEO JANIS AVERY. “All have endured terrible trauma, yet in my seventeen years of leadership at TREEHOUSE the incredible resilience and potential I observe in so many of our youth never ceases to amaze me. We look forward to inspiring listeners in the same way our youth inspire us to come to work everyday.”
