  MCA NASHVILLE artist GEORGE STRAIT will be on the cover of PEOPLE COUNTRY magazine this DECEMBER.
  He gave the magazine the first interview that he has done in over five years, to explain what is to come on the upcoming “THE COWBOY RIDES AWAY TOUR,” and what prompted his decision to quit touring (NET NEWS 10/26).
  “I had second thoughts about it, and third thoughts. Walking up on stage is still so much fun for me. Such a thrill … there’s nothing like it. I’ll miss that,” STRAIT told PEOPLE COUNTRY.
