MIAMI marketing agency REPUBLICA EVP EMMA CARRASCO is joining NPR as Chief Marketing Officer on NOVEMBER 10th and PBS VP.Strategy and Ventures LOREN MAYOR is coming aboard on NOVEMBER 10th as NPR's new SVP/Strategy.
