  The FCC has proposed a $10,000 fine against DOUBLE O SOUTH CAROLINA CORPORATION for public file violations at Triple A WWNU (92.1 THE PALM)/IRMO-COLUMBIA, SC.
  The station acknowledged in its license renewal application that it was missing several issues/programs lists from its public file, prompting the proposed fine.
