CBS Philadelphia Launches Fundraising For American Red Cross Hurricane Relief Efforts

CBS radio and television stations and outdoor unit in the PHILADELPHIA market, along with the WAWA convenience store chain, are mobilizing their "OPERATION BROTHERLY LOVE" charity drive to raise funds for the AMERICAN RED CROSS relief efforts in the wake of HURRICANE SANDY.
The stations are running a phone bank all day today that will include segments on CBS affiliate KYW-TV (CBS 3) and CW affiliate WPSG-TV (PHILLY 57 THE CW) as well as on the radio stations, Sports WIP-A-F, News KYW-A, Oldies WOGL, and Talk WPHT-A and through CBSPHILLY.COM and CBS OUTDOOR.
Radio personalities involved in the campaign include WIP morning host ANGELO CATALDI, afternoon hosts ANTHONY GARGANO and GLEN MACNOW, and midday co-host IKE REESE; the WOGL morning team of ROSS BRITAIN and VALERIE KNIGHT; and WPHT morning host CHRIS STIGALL, midday host DOM GIORDANO, and afternoon host BUZZ BISSINGER.
