GALAXY COMMUNICATIONS Pres./CEO ED LEVINE checks in to add the latest chapter to the continuing saga of morning duo HUNTER & JOSH's new gig at WKRL/SYRACUSE -- and former employer CUMULUS MEDIA's attempt to get the courts to prevent them from being on the air. After a NEW YORK SUPREME COURT judge refused to issue a temporary restraining order on MONDAY (NET NEWS, 10/29), CUMULUS went to another court to issue said order.

According to LEVINE, that COURT, in ROCHESTER, NY, also turned them down. HUNTER & JOSH will be on the air at WKRL on MONDAY.
