Former Susquehanna Radio President Art Carlson Dead At 82

Condolences to family and friends of former SUSQUEHANNA RADIO President and RADIO ADVERTISING BUREAU board member and Chairman ART CARLSON, who died SATURDAY in JACKSONVILLE, FL at 82.  CARLSON had been battling heart ailments at the time of his passing.

CARLSON joined SUSQUEHANNA in 1958 at WARM-A/SCRANTON, and later became President of the company until his 1994 retirement.  He was also active with the BROADCASTERS FOUNDATION OF AMERICA and the RADIO MUSIC LICENSING COMMITTEE.
