ESPN AUDIO officially hands the reins for ESPN RADIO's 4-7p (ET) weekday show to ESPN studio anchor and former WWE wrestling color commentator JONATHAN COACHMAN, with today's debut of "'COACH' AND COMPANY." COACHMAN has been hosting the weekend "COACH AND COLEMAN" with FREDDIE COLEMAN on the network and is filling the 4-7 slot left vacant since the departure of DOUG GOTTLIEB for CBS SPORTS RADIO in JULY; COACHMAN's show will feature a rotating panel of ESPN personalities along with the host.
“To say I am excited about ‘COACH' AND COMPANY would be an understatement, but it's going to be about our entire team – our production team and the team of fans at home – who will all have a hand in hopefully making it a successful show,” said COACHMAN. “I am very serious about sports, but people can expect above all else a show that is fun. And, with my background in the WWE, I feel I can really bring an entertainment value to the show in a strong way."
