Dial Global Kicks Off College Hoops Coverage With Carrier Classic

DIAL GLOBAL will air exclusive audio coverage of the second annual CARRIER CLASSIC college basketball event live from the USS YORKTOWN in CHARLESTON, SC on FRIDAY (11/9). This year's doubleheader, honoring the U.S. military and benefiting the WOUNDED WARRIOR PROJECT, presented in partnership with MORALE ENTERTAINMENT, will feature OHIO STATE taking on MARQUETTE in a men's game, preceded by a women's game between NOTRE DAME and OHIO STATE. The event, also to be aired over the AMERICAN FORCES RADIO NETWORK, is the opening broadcast in DIAL GLOBAL's 2012-13 college basketball coverage. KEVIN KUGLER, BILL FRIEDER, and JIM GRAY will call the men's game and JOHN TAUTGES and DEBBIE ANTONELLI will call the women's game.

from NOVEMBER 9th through MARCH 9th, DIAL GLOBAL will air 21 regular-season NCAA Basketball broadcasts, including matchups like KENTUCKY vs. MISSOURI and FLORIDA, NORTH CAROLINA vs. DUKE, LOUISVILLE vs. SYRACUSE, and MICHIGAN vs. INDIANA. DIAL GLOBAL will also air the Preseason NIT tournament and several Championship Week in MARCH, leading into the syndicator's coverage of the NCAA men's and women's basketball tournaments and Final Fours.
